General information

Full payment is required upfront for all postal orders when ordering through the website shop.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking local orders to secure your date and order. 

Full payment is then required 1 week prior to the date of your event – a reminder will be sent for this.

If full payment is not received 1 week prior, the order will be cancelled.

COVID 

If you need to cancel your event due to Covid, I do need at least 2 weeks notice - if possible. 

If I have already purchased any extra items exclusively for your event, eg. Cake Toppers, Custom Cookie Cutters, Embossers/Debosser, you will still be charged full price for these and then these are given to you and the balance of the Deposit refunded to you, if you need to cancel your event all together. 

I am more than happy to rebook at a later date, but if you cancel/postpone after the 2 week notice and I have already started to bake or make your cookies, cake, cupcakes, then you are responsible for full payment and you will have to take the completed items/products. 

ALL CAKES ARE DECORATE WITH MY DELICIOUS BUTTER FROSTING. 

Extra items like flowers, cake topper, macarons are extra.
