About me
Hi, I'm Julie (Jules), the founder of Weekend Whisk.
As a qualified Pastry Chef and Chef, I have worked in many roles in the hospitality industry. I've worked in small cafes's to 5 Star resorts.
Over the years it became clear that all things delicious and sweet are my thing. I followed this passion and have done many training courses on creating treats for special occasions including a study tour to Switzerland learn more about all things chocolate!

From elaborate, fancy, personalised cakes and cupcakes to family favourites like chocolate brownies, cheesecakes
and sticky date pudding with caramel sauce!
